
Virtual Assistant – Customer Support, Community Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of daily customer support, manage inboxes, and serve as a community concierge for both our free and premium groups.
• Address login/access difficulties, handle billing and basic account inquiries, and respond to pre-purchase questions.
• Oversee moderation of the free Facebook group as well as the paid member communities.
• Participate in Zoom webinars and workshops; manage chat Q&A, provide links, and offer basic technical support.
• Share announcements, pin important updates, organize resources, and ensure content accessibility.
• Maintain macros and response libraries, refresh SOPs, and deliver weekly support metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; maintain a clear and friendly tone (comfortable with voice notes).
• High level of empathy combined with a service-oriented mindset; ability to remain calm under pressure during live events.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities; quick learner of new platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting digital memberships and courses.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized; minimal supervision needed after onboarding.

• Experience within pet or dog training communities.
• Familiarity with retention and churn-prevention strategies.
• Light reporting and customer service operations (e.g., tagging, reason codes, weekly insights).
