Virtual Assistant, CRM & Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Configure, manage, and refresh CRM systems like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms

• Ensure that pipelines, contacts, and deal stages are systematically arranged and structured

• Create and uphold organized pipelines for leads, deals, and customer journeys

• Guarantee that leads are accurately monitored throughout each phase of the CRM

• Update deal statuses and ensure visibility of accurate reporting

• Support in developing and managing basic automation workflows within the CRM or associated tools

• Supervise data integrity and reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

• Solid understanding of pipelines, workflows, and mapping customer journeys

• Fundamental knowledge of automation concepts (triggers, actions, sequences)

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in systems

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in CRM administration or roles providing systems support is highly desirable
