This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Establish communication with prospective clients or customers through phone calls.

• Clearly explain the features and advantages of the products or services being offered.

• Utilize persuasive strategies to captivate prospects and maintain their interest.

• Effectively handle objections and concerns presented by potential clients.

• Evaluate the suitability and level of interest of prospective leads.

• Keep precise and current records of calls, responses, and contact details.

• Execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads and transform interest into action.

• Follow provided scripts while remaining flexible in individual conversations.

• Efficiently organize calling schedules and prioritize leads for maximum productivity.

• Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

• Strive to meet and exceed designated call and conversion targets.

• Build positive relationships with potential clients and represent the company professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• This role requires working US-based hours.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales.

• Proficient English skills (both written and verbal/voice).

• A computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
