Virtual Assistant, BDR Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to brokers and lenders across the United States.

• Present the services of the department and generate genuine commercial interest.

• Build and maintain an organized contact database.

• Log the progress of the pipeline in Google Sheets or a CRM.

• Send periodic reports to the internal team.

• Coordinate follow-ups and next steps with the team.

• Previous experience in real estate or mortgage (essential).

• Proven track record in cold calling and B2B outreach.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish, with a neutral accent and strong verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or CRM (preferred).

• Autonomous, organized, and proactive profile.
