This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Compose and oversee emails, messages, and communications with courts, attorneys, and business associates
• Organize speaking engagements, charitable events, and travel logistics
• Manage calendar schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee general office activities
• Assist with freelance writing endeavors (both paid and unpaid); curate overnight news/information and develop outlines for nonfiction writing projects
• Oversee social media channels and schedule content
• Generate graphics and visual materials using Canva
• Perform front-end business analysis and research for investment assessments
• Assist with website updates and maintenance
• Outstanding written communication skills (essential requirement)
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic graphic design skills or experience with Canva
• College degree
• Strong command of the English language
