Vietnamese Interpreter

📋 Description

• We are looking for talented and highly motivated Vietnamese Interpreters to become part of our fully remote team.

• Initially concentrating on OPI, this position provides a clear route for advancement into VRI.

• Your responsibilities will include delivering precise, consecutive interpretation primarily within medical environments, as well as facilitating essential communication in social services and financial sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.

• English Proficiency: Must demonstrate at least C1 fluency. Valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE are accepted.

• Interpretation Certification: You are required to successfully pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation conducted during the hiring process.

• Core Skills: Complete command of medical and customer service terminology is essential.

• Compliance: Must currently possess, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.

• Background Check: Must be willing to complete a standard background check via email successfully.

• Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is required (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited).

• Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset is necessary.

• Computer Specs: A minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM is required.

• Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge must be used.

• Workspace: A dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment is mandatory.
