This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate images and videos in accordance with established assessment criteria and scoring systems.

• Analyze realism, composition, lighting, motion, camera movement, and overall production quality.

• Deliver clear written explanations for evaluation outcomes.

• Ensure high levels of consistency and accuracy across extensive annotation projects.

• Detect quality concerns and discrepancies in both generated and real-world media.

• Utilize structured reasoning when adhering to complex annotation directives.

• Integrate feedback and updates to guidelines into ongoing annotation tasks.

• Collaborate with remote teams focused on AI training data and evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in **media, creative, design, or production settings** is highly desirable.

• Required: practical experience collaborating with **designers, photographers, videographers, or creative teams**.

• Strong grasp of visual quality, motion realism, lighting, framing, and composition principles.

• Familiarity with **AI image or video generation tools** is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to adhere to structured instructions.

• Proficient written communication skills in English.

• Capability to maintain consistency in repetitive, high-volume tasks.

• Availability to commit to **40 hours per week**.
