Video & Motion Graphics Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Logging and assembling footage. Ingest, catalog, and compile footage with meticulous organization and smooth integration into the editing process.

• Proxy file preparation. Create proxy files that facilitate a swift editing pipeline and are reviewable at all stages.

• Asset acquisition. Identify and gather music, sound effects, and visual effects references that enhance the final output — proactively, without waiting for a brief.

• File organization. Take responsibility for managing the post-production workspace. Maintain clear folder structures, consistent naming conventions, and ensure no assets are lost.

• Client revision management. Respond to incoming edit requests promptly and accurately, collaborating with the Video Editor and Producer on any issues that require escalation.

• Team collaboration. Maintain alignment with the Video Editor, Video Producer, and Studio Director — provide proactive updates to avoid surprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of video editing experience, ideally within eCommerce or advertising sectors.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and more.

• Solid understanding of editing principles, techniques, and theories — beyond just basic operational knowledge.

• Fluent in English (US) with effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

• Available for real-time collaboration with the in-house team from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
