Video Lab Producer

📋 Description

• Develop engaging and socially relevant videos for PETA's social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, from initial concept to final product:

• Produce videos that highlight PETA’s initiatives using newly sourced footage.

• Extract and craft video narratives from PETA’s extensive existing footage library.

• Write scripts and generate creative concepts.

• Collaborate closely with PETA's Video Lab Studio manager on the creative and production processes of all videos.

• Design, direct, and oversee video shoots as required.

• Ensure the quality control of all video outputs.

• Adhere to all legal regulations concerning video production from beginning to end.

• Provide collaboration, feedback, and support for team members' projects.

• Work with PETA's social media team to promote videos and evaluate their performance.

• Stay updated on current social media trends and functionalities.

• Execute any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field accompanied by two years of pertinent experience, or four years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of all phases of video production.

• Demonstrated interest and substantial knowledge of social media and prevailing social trends.

• Extensive experience in video editing, particularly with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

• Familiarity with professional video and photography equipment.

• A refined understanding of and appreciation for the creative process.

• Comprehensive knowledge of animal rights issues and PETA campaigns.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to a healthy vegan lifestyle.

• Proven exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Proven strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
