• Performing comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint current trending topics and relevant subjects for the conference agenda.

• Building robust relationships with subject matter experts and persuading key industry figures to consider becoming speakers, advisory board members, and advocates for the events.

• Collaborating with speakers to craft content and managing all elements of a program throughout its full life cycle.

• Contributing to marketing strategies and creating messaging and promotional materials for websites, emails, and social media platforms.

• Partnering with the sales team to identify potential event sponsors and formulate key messages for clients.

• Working alongside clients and internal colleagues to design and produce advertorial content for webinars, podcasts, white papers, and other offerings.

• Traveling to conferences to oversee and deliver onsite support in a professional, customer-service-focused manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required.

• Strong project management capabilities along with the proactive work ethic necessary to lead effectively.

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines through effective problem-solving and time management skills.

• A talent for high-level business communication to engage with external stakeholders and all levels of staff.
