Video Editor – Social Media Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Create captivating video advertisements that enhance conversions and boost user interaction.

• Edit and compile raw footage into refined, high-impact creative pieces.

• Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and subtitles tailored for social media platforms.

• Fine-tune pacing, transitions, and narrative structures to align with performance metrics.

• Improve audio and sound design to deliver an engaging user experience.

• Transform existing content into various aspect ratios and formats for A/B testing purposes.

• Keep abreast of social media trends to ensure that creatives stay innovative and competitive.

• Work alongside our creative team to consistently enhance ad creatives using data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in performance marketing, direct response advertising, or social media content development.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is advantageous).

• Familiarity with digital advertising best practices, such as video pacing, hook optimization, and techniques for engagement.

• Experience in editing short-form content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.

• Strong understanding of audio editing and sound design to enhance narrative delivery.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines and rapidly adjust based on feedback.

• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent storytelling abilities, and an eye for viral content trends.

• Bonus: Experience with AI-driven editing tools, 3D animation, or motion tracking.
