Video Editor – Postproduction, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will handle post-production projects from start to finish.

• You will receive raw footage and manage coordination with our location leads independently.

• You will apply edits within our established design frameworks, formats, and templates.

• You will oversee the entire process from rough cut to fine cut, ensuring a publication-ready final version and proper archiving.

• You will enhance our internal resources and carry out post-production projects independently for our various locations.

• You will lead project coordination autonomously with our location leads or other responsible team members.

• You will edit and design the sound for image, social media, and recruitment videos using the provided raw footage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid practical experience in video editing, particularly for corporate, recruiting, and social media content.

• Ability to produce export-ready final formats from existing raw footage.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects exclusively.

• Experience with motion graphics templates in After Effects, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Google Workspace (particularly Sheets), is highly advantageous.

• Independent working style and strong stakeholder management skills (communication with locations).

• Organized, tidy file management and version control of project and raw assets.

• Native-level German proficiency or at least C2 level proficiency.
