Performance Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Transforming short-form content into refined, high-impact advertisements and social media creative.

• Collaborating closely with our creative team to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and feedback.

• Utilizing performance metrics (such as watch time, hook testing, and drop-off points) to inform future revisions.

• Contributing to creative choices during the post-production phase to enhance outcomes.

• Overseeing multiple projects while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in editing short-form video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Strong narrative skills with a solid grasp of pacing, structure, and visual appeal.

• A polished and refined editing style - we seek a high-end aesthetic rather than chaotic, overly edited content.

• Ability to adhere to briefs, meet deadlines, and rapidly iterate based on feedback.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams.

• Experience or familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
