This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form video content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Incorporate captions, engaging hooks, and basic motion graphics to boost viewer interaction.

• Transform long-form content into concise, effective short clips.

• Ensure all video materials are consistent with the firm’s branding, tone, and visual aesthetics.

• Optimize videos for audience retention, pacing, and adherence to platform-specific best practices.

• Handle multiple editing projects and deliver batches of content under tight deadlines.

• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to grasp content objectives and campaign direction.

• Efficiently integrate feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality across all outputs.

• Stay current with social media trends and propose enhancements to content strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing, ideally focusing on short-form or social media content (required).

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and/or After Effects (required).

• Experience in editing videos for law firms is preferred.

• Strong grasp of short-form content structure, including effective hooks, pacing, and audience retention strategies.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and achieve quick turnaround times.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in editing style.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.

• Basic understanding of motion graphics and caption styling.

• Experience with international or remote teams is an advantage.
