Video Editing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Create and modify video advertisements for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others).

• Implement data-informed adjustments based on our testing and tracking strategies.

• Understand consumer behavior and investigate effective marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with internal content creators and UGC contributors to develop engaging video ads.

• Consistently brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to the Ads Department.

• Observe market trends and integrate them into the video editing workflow seamlessly.

• Maintain an open mindset and proactively explore new methods (AI shortcuts) to engage and attract customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in creating and editing video ads for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) in a dynamic work environment.

• A current portfolio showcasing video ads you have produced.

• Genuine interest in Marketing, Sales, and social media, with a particular enthusiasm for e-Commerce.

• Commitment to growth, goal attainment, and continuous improvement.

• Staying informed about the latest advancements in video editing trends and related technologies.
