Video Editor – Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of video production from conceptualization to the final cut.

• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, live streams, and interviews into engaging short-form content.

• Produce edits for social media, product launches, key moments, and advertisements.

• Quickly transition from rough cuts to feedback and final output.

• Incorporate motion graphics, refinement, timing, music, captions, and organizational structure.

• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and uphold high quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or comparable software.

• Quick to adapt to new tools, particularly in AI, motion, and design.

• Have an interest in startups, AI, software, and the tools utilized for product development.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• High level of ownership; proactive and self-sufficient without the need for constant supervision.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
