Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop emotionally captivating and high-performing video advertisements.

• Impact key performance indicators including retention, CTR, CPA, and overall creative efficacy.

• Spearhead the production of high-impact motion content for primary paid advertising channels.

• Experiment, refine, and advance Promova's creative capabilities.

• Create video advertisements for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.

• Collaborate with the performance team on creative testing initiatives.

• Generate innovative creative concepts and scale successful, testable hypotheses.

• Investigate and implement AI tools to enhance team workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in motion design.

• Proven experience in crafting performance marketing creatives (paid ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms).

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects.

• Strong understanding of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma.

• Experience in adhering to brand guidelines and modifying brand assets for various formats.

• Proficient in using GPT, Midjourney, and AI video tools.
