Video Editor – Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of videos from conception to final editing.

• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, live streams, and interviews into engaging short-form content.

• Produce edits for social media, product launches, key moments, and advertisements.

• Swiftly progress from initial cuts to feedback and final delivery.

• Incorporate motion graphics, refine quality, adjust pacing, add music, captions, and ensure structured flow.

• Maintain a consistent brand image and uphold high-quality standards for every video.

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen eye for pacing, rhythm, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or comparable software.

• Quick to adapt to new tools, particularly AI, motion, and design applications.

• Passionate about startups, AI, software, and the tools utilized in product development.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong sense of ownership; proactive and self-sufficient in your work.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
