This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop performance-oriented motion creative.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce motion and video assets for digital marketing campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more).
• Transform campaign strategies into engaging, clear, and dynamic visual narratives.
• Create compelling hooks, pacing, and messaging tailored for engagement and conversion.
• Establish modular creative strategies (hooks, CTAs, visual systems) that facilitate rapid iterations.
• Efficiently adapt creative across different formats (vertical, square, responsive, etc.).
• Collaborate with media and strategy teams to assess performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).
• Continuously refine and develop creative based on performance insights.
• Design templates, toolkits, and repeatable workflows that enhance production speed and consistency.
• Organize and manage assets for effective reuse across various campaigns.
• Identify, test, and implement AI tools and automation workflows to expedite production.
• Edit, select, and structure b-roll, testimonials, and existing footage into cohesive stories.
• Trim, sequence, and enhance content for clarity, pacing, and impact.
• Apply color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics overlays as necessary.
• Integrate sound and music into videos seamlessly and strategically.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and video editing for digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven expertise in performance-driven creative (hooks, pacing, platform specifics).
• Experience in creating multiple variations of creative for testing and optimization purposes.
• Solid understanding of motion principles, storytelling techniques, and visual communication.
• Strong foundation in design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition, etc.).
• Experience in editing video content for clarity, engagement, and narrative flow.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative).
• Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
