Video Editor / Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of video projects from conception to final edit.

• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, streams, and interviews into engaging short-form content.

• Produce edits for social media, product launches, special moments, and advertisements.

• Quickly transition from rough cuts to receiving feedback and finalizing deliveries.

• Incorporate motion graphics, refine quality, manage pacing, add music, captions, and structure.

• Ensure all videos adhere to brand standards and maintain high quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen sense of pacing, rhythm, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

• Proficient with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Quick to adapt to new tools, particularly in AI, motion, and design.

• Passionate about startups, AI, software, and the tools utilized for product development.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A strong sense of ownership; you proactively take initiative without needing constant supervision.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
