This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Transform briefed puzzles into refined, on-theme visual assets, producing one completed slide per question along with a corresponding answer slide that displays the solution and often illustrates how the puzzle is resolved.
• Create source imagery using AI tools, then guide, curate, and enhance that output — possessing the insight to recognize when it's effective and the expertise to correct it when it falls short.
• Composite, retouch, and arrange final artwork using (but not limited to) Photoshop and Illustrator, exporting to AVIF format.
• Develop animated question slides in After Effects, exporting to MP4 format for more intricate puzzles.
• Seamlessly adapt to diverse visual styles for each theme. This could range from anime one week to photorealistic Rome the next, and pixel-art parody thereafter. Versatility is more important than having a signature style.
• Identify issues in briefs and puzzles before they are presented to an audience, either flagging them clearly or resolving them independently.
• Extensive design experience at a senior level. You possess strong, independent design instincts and do not require guidance on what constitutes good design; you set the standards yourself. This is not a junior position.
• Proficient in Adobe software. You have a thorough command of Photoshop and Illustrator, and you are confident in using After Effects for motion graphics. You must own and operate the Adobe suite to ensure seamless file transfers and enable us to make edits without interruptions.
• Authentic stylistic versatility. You can navigate between a variety of aesthetics — such as illustrated, photorealistic, retro-game, and more — ensuring each looks intentional and of high quality.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation. You understand how to brief it, push its capabilities, and refine its output to meet professional standards.
• Proficient in written English. You are capable of accurately describing a puzzle, writing clear answer-slide explanations, and providing constructive feedback when discrepancies arise in a brief.
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented. You can work with minimal supervision, maintain your own pace, and consistently meet delivery deadlines.
• Opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
• Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
• Access to the latest tools and technologies in design.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth.
