This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form and mid-length videos including reels, social media advertisements, promotional content, and explainer videos.

• Utilize engaging hooks, dynamic pacing, and a compelling narrative rhythm to enhance viewer retention.

• Adapt editing styles to align with platform-specific behaviors (e.g., quick cuts for Instagram, attention-grabbing openings for YouTube Shorts).

• Improve video quality through careful color grading, text animations, transitions, and immersive sound design.

• Work closely with writers, designers, and creative leads to realize scripts and visual concepts.

• Remain informed about the latest editing trends, meme formats, cultural references, and audio trends to keep content engaging and relevant.

• Evaluate ad performance metrics and incorporate insights to enhance edits, aiming for improved click-through and completion rates.

• **Edit videos in Hindi**, ensuring linguistic precision, cultural relevance, and effective storytelling for the target audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing for social media or digital content.

• Proficiency in editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro**, or similar applications.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating **short-form content** (reels, ads, promos).

• Solid understanding of **social platform algorithms** and engagement strategies.

• Strong storytelling ability, visual creativity, and sound design expertise.

• **Language proficiency:** Ability to edit in **Hindi**, ensuring cultural sensitivity and linguistic accuracy.

• Proficiency in **English and Hindi** (both written and spoken) for internal coordination and review.
