This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Edit and create top-notch video assets for various platforms including social media, paid advertisements, websites, and campaign initiatives.

• Develop engaging narratives that feature strong hooks, effective pacing, and storytelling techniques tailored for specific platforms.

• Convert user-generated content, influencer contributions, and brand footage into refined, performance-oriented outputs.

• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to enhance the overall quality and engagement of the content.

• Transform long-form videos into high-performing short-form content suitable for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure consistency with brand and campaign goals.

• Oversee multiple projects with quick turnaround times while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and staying updated with platform best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced settings such as agencies, D2C, or eCommerce.

• Proficient in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., Runway ML or similar) to boost creative production and efficiency.

• Strong grasp of content formats and performance metrics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms.

• Capability to edit with an emphasis on storytelling and marketing results, including click-through rates, engagement, and return on ad spend.

• Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, sound design, and a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality, effective content.

• Proficient storyteller with a keen eye for detail, trend-aware, and able to excel under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.

• Team-oriented yet self-sufficient, utilizing a data-driven approach to test, optimize, and enhance content performance.
