This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, conversion-focused promotional videos tailored for social media, based on provided scripts, storyboards, and references.

• Incorporate English subtitles, transitions, sound design, music, b-roll, and visual effects.

• Perform color correction and enhance visual quality of materials.

• Actively employ AI tools for generating video, voice, images, and other creative assets.

• Simultaneously manage multiple advertising creatives and their iterations while adhering to deadlines.

• Quickly implement edits and iterations based on performance data.

• Analyze fundamental advertising metrics, including Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and CPA, and apply insights in subsequent iterations.

• Stay updated on current trends in editing paid social ads, platform best practices, and new AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Strong understanding of audio processing, subtitle work, and 11 labs.

• Ability to utilize AI tools in the daily creative workflow.

• English proficiency at B2 level—capable of assessing the quality of audio generation and text, with an understanding of intonations.
