Junior Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Transform raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for our online courses.

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure video content is accurate and effective.

• Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the quality of the videos.

• Ensure timely delivery of all videos while adhering to budget constraints.

• Stay informed about industry trends and techniques to consistently enhance video production processes.

• Support additional video-related tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably within an educational or corporate context.

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong grasp of video production processes and techniques.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong visual design sense.

• Experience with animation and motion graphics is advantageous.

• Ability to work remotely while effectively managing time.
