This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Edit engaging, UGC-style video advertisements for a variety of platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
• Assist in Pre-packaging by developing title and thumbnail concepts for your videos.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain speed and clarity in communications, primarily via Slack.
• Carefully monitor and respond to comments across all channels.
• Occasionally record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC-style content.
• Utilize AI to develop concepts from the ground up and/or create new hooks and b-roll.
• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, and Claude.
• Comprehensive understanding of short-form content, including hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy.
• Proven track record of success in short-form content as the editor for growing accounts.
• Passion for crafting visually appealing and enticing creative assets that drive consumer engagement (CTR, CPA) and generate positive ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
• Keen awareness of trends across various platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
