• Contribute significantly to our marketing efforts by producing and refining videos and marketing communications aimed at boosting engagement rates.
• Edit a variety of content, including high-quality videos filmed both on-site and off-site, in-house videos, charts and graphs for presentations, and other branded visuals in accordance with our content guidelines.
• Apply animation skills to enhance the aesthetic appeal and effectiveness of video content.
• Create infographics and digital and social media assets, as well as assist with presentation design, all in alignment with Fortrea’s brand standards.
• Organize and schedule weekly tasks during a Monday meeting with your line manager.
• Attend Thursday check-ins as needed to address issues and achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate flexibly with the broader marketing team, actively seeking opportunities to contribute to projects where video is a vital component of campaign tactics and strategies.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Video Editing and Motion Design Specialist, and Presentation Designers to aid the Marketing teams in prioritizing creative output.
• Coordinate meetings with Product Managers and Campaign Managers.
• Support social media initiatives by providing timely and on-brand visual content.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Film Production, Media and Communication, Digital Media Production, Animation and Visual Effects, or Creative Media and Technology.
• Proficient in video editing and production with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Familiarity with video analytics to enhance engagement and viewer response.
• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects, including the ability to work with video layouts and templates to boost productivity and adhere to brand standards.
• Capability to create and refine branded video layouts, ensuring compliance with brand style guidelines.
• Knowledge of video engagement metrics and the ability to optimize videos for maximum viewer retention, conversions, and responses to calls-to-action.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple video projects weekly, ensuring sustained productivity while delivering high-quality video content.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Comfort with tech-driven workflows, including the use of AI tools for video and image generation, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent command of English, as it will be the primary working language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• High standards for personal work and that of others, with a keen eye for detail to identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to evaluate standards: Given a set of criteria, you should be able to assess compliance based on these standards.
• Proficiency with technology, particularly familiar and comfortable with: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly (AI prompts and usage).
• Animation skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent self-organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a task list effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are communicated clearly when changes are necessary.
