Video Content Strategist, Storyboards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• You will transform our proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a consistent flow of impactful content for LinkedIn and YouTube.

• You will manage the editorial strategy, create recurring content formats, compose or ghostwrite posts, develop video storyboards, and oversee the creative team responsible for production.

• You will conduct biweekly sessions lasting 60–90 minutes with the Founder to gather insights, opinions, and narratives from client projects.

• You will either write or guide the writing of 4–5 LinkedIn posts weekly in the Founder’s voice, in addition to scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos.

• You will supervise an in-house videographer, graphic designer, and overseas editors.

• You will analyze the effectiveness of every format and platform to understand what works and what doesn’t.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding writing skills. You create compelling hooks that capture attention immediately. You can simplify intricate A/B testing insights into engaging, shareable content.

• Strategic mindset. You conceptualize not just individual video ideas, but also reusable content formats that can be applied across various projects.

• Comfortable with data. While you don’t need to be a data scientist, you should be at ease with mathematical concepts (rates, averages, etc.). Our content relies on proprietary data, so you must be able to tell compelling stories with it.

• Proactive and resourceful. You learn quickly, take initiative, and don’t wait for direction. When challenges arise, you identify and implement solutions. You are the type of person who brings answers rather than questions.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with video production. While you won’t need to shoot or edit videos, understanding what constitutes an effective thumbnail, a strong cold open, and an engaging video structure will enhance your effectiveness.
