This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will design and manage the systems that ensure Brookhaven's content ecosystem operates seamlessly across various formats and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the master content calendar, making certain that content plans are in sync with franchise priorities, game updates, and publishing timelines.
• Oversee daily interactions with external production partners, guiding projects from the initial brief through concept evaluation, rough cuts, revisions, and final delivery.
• Develop clear workflows that facilitate collaboration between internal creative teams and external contributors, including editors, animators, voice actors, and creators.
• Implement review and approval processes that uphold high quality standards while keeping production on track.
• Proactively recognize risks, capacity limitations, and resource challenges before they affect delivery.
• Convert franchise ideas, narratives, and lore into content that can be executed effectively and consistently.
• Interpret creative briefs, narrative goals, and franchise priorities into production-ready plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure that production partners and collaborators possess the context necessary to create content that feels authentic to the Brookhaven universe.
• Evaluate content throughout the production process, ensuring that deliverables meet franchise objectives, brand standards, tone, and audience expectations.
• Detect creative drift early and provide constructive feedback before projects enter the final production stages.
• Act as a liaison between creative vision and production execution.
• Assist in developing systems that integrate community insights into the content strategy.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in video content production, content operations, creator partnerships, digital media production, franchise development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in producing or managing creator-led, YouTube-native, or digitally native content from concept to publication.
• Strong grasp of production management, including timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, and content delivery.
• Experience collaborating across multiple creative disciplines, such as video, animation, creators, and external production partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
• Strong editorial judgment with the capability to assess content against creative objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with changing priorities.
