Posted Jul 18

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement a comprehensive UX strategy across the entire product portfolio. Your goal will be to ensure that our platform operates as a cohesive ecosystem instead of just a collection of features.

• Collaborate closely with the VPs of Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap. You will serve as the user advocate at the executive level, making sure our "North Star" vision is aligned with user needs.

• Drive the transformation of our platform towards an AI-first experience. You will determine how generative AI and predictive analytics are integrated into the user interface to empower users without causing confusion.

• Lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing global team of approximately 17 designers. You will cultivate a culture of craftsmanship, psychological safety, and ongoing learning.

• Manage our design system to guarantee UI consistency, accessibility, and engineering efficiency. Streamline our design-to-engineering handoff processes.

• Promote a research-driven culture. Ensure that both qualitative and quantitative insights serve as the foundation for all significant product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position (VP level) within a high-growth SaaS setting. Previous experience managing the complete user experience across an entire product portfolio is highly preferred.

• Extensive experience in B2B Revenue, CRM, or Sales Technology. You possess an understanding of the personas of Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and RevOps professionals.

• A demonstrated history of developing and launching AI-native products. You grasp the distinct UX challenges related to prompt engineering, model transparency, and trust within automated workflows.

• Capability to navigate between high-level "blue sky" strategy and the detailed aspects of a design system.

• Experience in applying design thinking and agile UX methodologies at scale across various product lines.
