Product Designer, UI/UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences from initial concept to final production.

• Convert product specifications into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interfaces.

• Design user-friendly experiences across various financial products, including insurance, payments, claims, and investments.

• Develop and sustain scalable design systems and reusable user interface components.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure precise implementation of designs.

• Enhance usability through rapid iterations informed by product data and user feedback.

• Ensure consistency across both mobile and web platforms.

• Continuously improve interactions, accessibility, and the overall quality of the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in designing digital products.

• A robust portfolio showcasing product thinking and exceptional visual design capabilities.

• Advanced skills in Figma and interactive prototyping tools.

• In-depth understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.

• Strong grasp of information architecture and user flow concepts.

• Excellent visual design abilities, including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.

• Capability to distill complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• A portfolio is mandatory.
