This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulates and implements both near and long-term growth strategies/campaigns aimed at driving business opportunities in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Plan objectives to achieve or surpass AOP Bookings.
• Maintains an in-depth understanding of customer missions, requirements, and existing gaps.
• Cultivates and sustains relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
• Monitors emerging markets and trends; recommends and develops solutions, including new offerings or strategic partnerships, to address shifting competition, pricing dynamics, and demand.
• Empowers various business lines and collaborates with the technology development team, product development team, finance, marketing, and other Voyager stakeholders to foster sustainable long-term business growth.
• Promotes an entrepreneurial growth culture across the company and among all teams and functions.
• Engages with customers and vendors to comprehend and shape pre-solicitation efforts. Responds to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), and other inquiries from partners and customers.
• Enhances and supports the Capture, Bid, and Proposal Process. Operates within the B&P budget. Maintains a pipeline generation and reporting focus centered on mission enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management fields; a master’s degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.
• Over 12 years of experience in building capabilities, supporting, and/or executing NASA enablement efforts or operations.
• More than 10 years of experience working with, supporting, and/or executing business development activities with the U.S. Government and/or Prime Contractors.
• Proven experience in executing corporate-level business development activities, including briefing executive leadership.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively engage with prospective customers and clients, partners, vendors, and the press.
• Must hold an active Secret Clearance.
