• Influence the future direction of the largest Salesforce teams as they build, protect, and innovate.

• Establish the guiding vision. Develop a bold, multi-year product strategy that anticipates the trajectory of Salesforce — and the AI-driven enterprise — going forward.
• Assemble a team that creates the future. Recruit, mentor, and motivate an exceptional product organization across DevOps, data management, and security sectors.
• Prioritize customer insights. Grasp their late-night concerns and morning goals. Transform these understandings into products they'll advocate for.
• Deliver impactful solutions. Oversee the complete product lifecycle for features such as Git-based version control and zero-trust security.
• Keep pace with the platform. Guarantee that Flosum remains the first and native solution aligned with Salesforce updates.
• Dominate the market category. Outthink and outmaneuver every competitor by possessing a deeper understanding of the market than anyone else.
• A seasoned product leader with over 10 years of experience, demonstrating both successes and challenges — including more than 3 years of experience in building and leading product management teams.
• A Salesforce enthusiast at core — you envision metadata, have troubleshot a deployment at midnight, and understand the rationale behind governor limits (and how to navigate them).
• A creator who has successfully launched DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers truly appreciate.
• A strategist who can envision the next 5 years while also being an operator capable of delivering results by next Tuesday.
• A compelling storyteller who thrives whether addressing a single customer, engaging a crowded audience, presenting to analysts, or reporting to a board.
