This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of identifying, segmenting, prioritizing, and reaching out to prospects within named accounts, considering factors such as segment appeal, buying intent, relationship access, alignment with Zeta’s capabilities, and conversion potential.
• Foster relationships and gain trusted access to decision-makers, sponsors, and influencers within banks, regulated financial institutions, program managers, fintechs, processors, networks, consultants, and other participants in the ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline that adheres to established standards, which includes named prospects, identified buyers or sponsors, documented use cases, estimated annual contract values, and scheduled next meetings or decision milestones.
• Manage the complete deal process for assigned opportunities, encompassing discovery, qualification, solution framing, pitching, pricing input, business case development, stakeholder mapping, procurement support, contracting assistance, and deal closure.
• Lead pre-sales engagements in collaboration with the sales engineering team to create and present demos, proofs of concept, tabletop exercises, solution workshops, discovery sessions, and other effective formats that engage clients.
• Assist with contracting, client onboarding, and initial account activation to ensure a seamless transition from signed opportunity to delivery, implementation, and long-term account management.
• Engage in events and industry forums to generate leads and enhance visibility and awareness of Zeta’s offerings and solutions.
• Uphold strict deal discipline through meticulous CRM management, regular pipeline reviews, opportunity planning, stakeholder mapping, next-step tracking, forecast updates, and more.
• Provide market intelligence, buyer feedback, competitor insights, pricing indicators, and product suggestions to refine Zeta’s value proposition, market positioning, and competitive edge within this segment.
• Over 15 years of experience, including at least 5+ years as a partner or sales leader with a successful track record of building a multi-million dollar book of business from the ground up in the US financial services sector.
• Extensive experience selling to both banks and regulated financial institutions, as well as fintechs, at a banking technology company or IT services provider.
• A robust network and significant connections with decision-makers at US sponsor banks and fintechs.
