Vice President – Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the executive team, internal stakeholders, and clients to establish the product roadmap.

• Lead the productization of AI models, with an emphasis on delivering superior AI solutions.

• Enhance decision-making speed and define optimal product requirements.

• Introduce new products through a cohesive strategy utilizing product usage analytics.

• Grasp the necessary decisions to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

• Ensure that products conform to global standards for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

• Oversee a multi-product portfolio by effectively balancing resource distribution.

• Articulate product strategies and results to the CEO and Board of Directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management or strategic leadership.

• A minimum of 5 years overseeing high-performing teams and managing multi-product portfolios ($20M+ ARR) within the healthcare SaaS sector.

• Profound understanding of the agile product lifecycle.

• Knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA) and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

• Strong mentorship capabilities.

• Proven ability to design and implement AI-powered workflows that function reliably.

• Proficient in Python, SQL, and API-based integrations.

• Experience in developing and executing AI projects and/or agents to optimize business operations.
