This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage potential health payor clients
• Present and advocate for overpayment recovery solutions to key decision-makers
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing
• Build and sustain robust client relationships to ensure lasting partnerships
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Meet sales objectives and aid in overall business growth
• Keep precise records of sales activities and prepare reports for management
• Participate in conferences and networking events to enhance industry presence
• Track competitors, market trends, and product innovations
• Demonstrated experience in the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) or Health Payor industry, including healthcare sales, insurance, or revenue cycle management
• Strong comprehension of health payor operations and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Self-driven with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets
• Capacity to quickly learn and clearly articulate complex solutions
• A strong network of industry connections is highly advantageous
• High energy, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
• Must be willing to travel 30% of the time
