This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the Term Life Insurance Sales division, responsible for managing several teams and enhancing performance.
β’ Establish and take ownership of KPIs related to production, activity, efficiency, and quality; cultivate a data-driven culture of performance with clear accountability at all levels.
β’ Lead, nurture, and expand a high-performing team of licensed agents and managers β recruiting top talent, creating career development paths, and fostering a performance-oriented culture.
β’ Create and continually refine sales playbooks, scripts, and sales processes.
β’ Develop coaching initiatives encompassing call reviews, shadowing, certifications, and performance enhancement plans for both managers and agents.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create unified testing and experimentation roadmaps.
β’ Establish and manage staffing strategies in cooperation with Finance and Marketing, ensuring coverage, ramp capacity, and productivity goals are achieved.
β’ Design and adapt compensation structures that align the incentives of agents and managers with business results.
β’ 8β12+ years of experience in sales leadership, with direct responsibility for inside sales teams of 30+ in a B2C or high-volume direct-to-consumer setting.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing a sales organization β surpassing revenue goals and scaling a business through workforce expansion and operational enhancements.
β’ Extensive knowledge of term life insurance or related protection products is highly preferred; candidates with backgrounds in B2C financial services, insurtech, or rapid consumer sales are encouraged to apply.
β’ Experience in designing and overseeing agent compensation models, performance management systems, and scalable staffing frameworks.
β’ Strong analytical skills, proficient in forecasting, pipeline management, and modern CRM and telephony systems (Salesforce, Regal, or equivalent); adept at converting data into prompt action.
β’ Exceptional coach and developer of talent β a proven history of enhancing managerial capabilities and fostering high-performance team environments.
β’ Natural collaborator across functions; skilled at utilizing data and customer insights to influence Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
