This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in key sectors such as Retail/eCommerce, Food on Demand, Travel, Technology, and Home Services.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to contract signing and transfer to the delivery team.
• Facilitate consultative sales discussions that redefine client challenges and effectively showcase Quantanite’s solutions.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with senior decision-makers in Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Procurement.
• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and Solutions & Transformation teams to create customized proposals and commercial strategies that align with client objectives.
• Simplify complex AI and operational capabilities into clear and compelling commercial advantages.
• Uphold strong pipeline management and ensure precise forecasting through CRM tools and data-driven reporting.
• Optimize management of opportunities to enhance conversion rates and revenue generation.
• Contribute to advancing Quantanite’s presence in the European market through thought leadership, networking, and industry involvement.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Quantanite’s AI-first, outcomes-oriented approach in all interactions.
• Recognize emerging opportunities, trends, and potential new market segments.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, consultative sales, or go-to-market roles within outsourcing, CX, SaaS, technology-enabled services, or similar fields.
• An MBA is preferred, especially for candidates with strong commercial instincts paired with analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Proven ability to sell complex, impactful business solutions rather than just transactional services or commoditized offerings.
• Evidence of a strong growth trajectory, including consistent overachievement, rapid career advancement, or early assumption of greater commercial responsibilities.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and contribute to consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Strong commercial insight, with the ability to link client pain points to broader operational and business outcomes.
• Experience in one or more operationally intensive sectors such as Retail & eCommerce, Travel, Home Services, Food Delivery, Logistics, or similar environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking and promote a differentiated market position.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-accountability settings.
• High levels of ambition, ownership, resilience, and drive, with the potential for progression into a broader sales leadership role over time.
