This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the company-wide revenue forecasting, target establishment, and in-period performance across various revenue streams.
• Be accountable for P&L-level revenue, commercial efficiency, and the pathway to profitable growth in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Manage the unit economics that support the business model, such as LTV:CAC, blended and channel CAC, payback period, variable margin, making confident decisions despite imperfect and consent-constrained attribution data.
• Develop a unified commercial strategy that encompasses consumer growth and B2B sales, with defined objectives communicated to each Head of Department.
• Oversee pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for the portfolio, including new service and product tiers and add-ons.
• Identify and prioritize new revenue opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, affiliate and referral programs, and the ongoing development of B2B.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable the Head of Growth (DTC) and the Director of B2B Sales, along with the broader teams collaborating with them (growth marketing, product marketing, CRM/lifecycle, brand, data, and B2B sales/partnerships).
• Establish the operating cadence, planning, forecasting, reporting, and experimentation processes that drive the commercial function as a cohesive unit.
• Foster a data-driven and accountable performance culture across both consumer growth and B2B motions.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap prioritization, product-market fit, and product-led growth, ensuring the commercial and customer perspectives are integrated into development.
• Function as a vital member of the leadership team, engaging cross-functionally with product, clinical services, finance, and brand.
• Manage the commercial and growth narrative with the board and investors, assisting in fundraising efforts.
• Extensive senior commercial leadership experience (generally 10+ years) with responsibility for a significant, multi-channel revenue stream.
• Proven history of scaling a business and navigating the transition from aggressive growth to profitable, sustainable expansion.
• Credibility in both consumer growth/marketing and B2B/partnership sales, or strong expertise in one area with a solid understanding of the other; capable of leading both performance marketers and sales leaders effectively.
• Experience in leading through other senior leaders (overseeing Heads/Directors), not merely managing individual contributors.
• Genuine proficiency in unit economics and revenue forecasting; you take ownership of the numbers rather than just reporting them.
• Comfortable operating at the board and investor level, taking charge of the commercial narrative.
• Strong instincts for full-funnel strategies and brand development; equally adept with revenue models, CAC dashboards, and brand briefs.
• Preference for prioritization and clear recommendations instead of exhaustive options.
• Background in healthtech, femtech, diagnostics, or other regulated, trust-sensitive industries.
• Experience in integrating DTC and B2B commercial models under a unified strategy.
• Familiarity with operating in a consent-gated, privacy-first data environment (GA4, cookie consent, post-iOS attribution).
