This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and execute strategic account plans aimed at boosting sales and revenue.
• Develop tools and concepts to enhance the experience of national account customers selling Vertical Bridge products and services.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key account holders and clients.
• Analyze leasing and development data to assess sales potential and track performance.
• Monitor, measure, and assess sales and customer satisfaction metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with Regional Leasing Managers to identify revenue targets and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.
• Regularly update the sales pipeline and ensure its accuracy.
• Accountable for achieving annual goals and preparing plans and progress reports to illustrate the ability to meet the budget.
• Maintain Salesforce for contact records and documentation of all meetings, calls, and emails.
• Develop creative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to facilitate revenue growth.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends and best practices.
• A four-year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing large, national-level business accounts is required; 7+ years is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in wireless sales.
• Previous experience in tower and/or other communication infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools is essential.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics with a proven track record of sales success.
• Proven capabilities in analytical and critical thinking, along with complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
