• Take ownership of the entire process from post-purchase to resolution.

• Demonstrated success with post-purchase metrics (including cancel rate, contact rate, and customer satisfaction).
• In-depth knowledge of the unit economics associated with customer experience operations.
• Executive presence, with comfort in engaging with the leadership team.
