This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand recognition for the Story Corporate brand and its associated brands.
• Formulate integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives, ensuring that the brand communicates a cohesive, comprehensive message across various marketing channels while boosting brand visibility and overall revenue.
• Lead the development of brand marketing materials and collateral that maintain a consistent voice throughout our retail and wholesale sectors.
• Manage and enhance marketing campaigns, including those on social media and through email.
• Administer the national marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are accurately measured and reported.
• Supervise resource allocation and management within the marketing department.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and the media to execute public relations strategies effectively.
• Analyze market trends, conduct competitive assessments, and gather data insights to comprehend our customer demographics to inform our marketing strategies.
• Provide executive leadership with periodic reports demonstrating performance against set KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for executing initiatives across brand, retail, product, social/digital, public relations, events, and partnerships.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience, including prior roles in marketing leadership.
• A proven leader and innovative thinker with a history of translating ideas into actionable plans and results.
• The capability to convert marketing data and insights into actionable strategies and market entry plans that yield significant business outcomes.
• Experience in managing intricate projects and programs that necessitate strong leadership to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to oscillate between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on project management.
• Solid experience in financial planning and budgeting.
• Leadership and team management abilities with a talent for inspiring, guiding, and scaling teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel to our corporate office and other markets as required.
