This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee the organization, leadership, and implementation of clinical programs and daily operations for the agency.
• Evaluate, analyze, and assess the effectiveness of the overall clinical program and daily operations of the Agency.
• Guide team members in enhancing clinical outcomes, refining operational processes, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
• Create and compile reports to update the President and Board members regarding team initiatives, project progress, challenges, results, accomplishments, and quality improvement efforts.
• Must be a Licensed, Registered Nurse or therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Extensive understanding of Medicare regulations and procedures.
• Skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• At least five (5) years of experience in home health care or within a long-term care facility.
• Demonstrated progressive career advancement and leadership within a Medicare-certified home health agency.
