This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Influence the way mid-sized health systems manage transitions within the healthcare landscape.
β’ Collaborate with executive leaders to tackle issues such as margin compression, clinician burnout, and value-based care.
β’ Steer organizations through extensive transformation by utilizing a cohesive platform.
β’ Foster conviction among diverse stakeholders and build momentum for change.
β’ 12β18+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales or strategic partnerships.
β’ Proven success in generating demand from the ground up within health systems or similarly intricate clinician organizations, particularly in environments lacking defined budgets or active purchasing cycles.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead multi-threaded engagements at the C-suite level, managing competing priorities across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders.
β’ A strong record of finalizing large, complex deals ($5M - $20M+ ACV) that involved problem shaping, consensus building, and maintaining momentum throughout extended sales cycles.
β’ Experience in selling transformational platforms or programs (as opposed to point solutions), ideally in areas like: Revenue cycle/financial performance, clinical workflow or EHR-adjacent solutions, value-based care, risk models, or MSO structures.
β’ Background in originating and developing new markets or territories, rather than merely overseeing established pipelines.
β’ Experience in structuring innovative, non-standard commercial models (phased adoption, shared risk, enterprise agreements).
β’ Knowledge of health system economics, with the ability to link operational changes to financial results.
