Vice President, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance business growth and profitability.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, aligning company strategy with operational tactics and financial outcomes.

• Provide insights into market trends and internal metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Promote financial discipline throughout the organization by partnering with leaders to enhance visibility and ensure accountability.

• Oversee cash management and banking operations for the company.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, striving for efficiency and scalability.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering excellence, accountability, collaboration, and transparency.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including our parent company, financial institutions, and key vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in finance and leadership roles.

• Experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable.

• Proven success in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
