This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Take ownership of RSAC’s portfolio of executive programs, transforming these communities from event-based interactions into a sustainable, trusted, and ultimately monetizable business line.
• Provide a high-value experience for key CISO communities at the RSAC Conference through exclusive meetings and curated programming, ensuring ongoing CISO participation.
• Foster loyalty among CISOs that results in continuous engagement on RSAC’s membership platform and additional in-person and virtual meeting opportunities.
• Enhance RSAC’s fraud footprint by advancing eFG to the next phase, focusing on membership, economic impact, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the Executive Communities Portfolio and manage all RSAC Executive Communities, with accountability for full-time staff and contractors; establish vision, structure, operating cadence, and performance metrics for the team.
• Collaborate with the RSAC product team to define platform requirements for year-round engagement across executive communities.
• Create a business plan for eFG and identify opportunities for sustainable financial models.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in executive community building, membership organizations, executive programs, content/editorial leadership, or senior-level event programming—along with significant exposure to cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or a similar high-trust executive audience.
• Proven ability to convene and gain the trust of C-suite executives in confidential, peer-only environments.
• A strong history of building or scaling a paid membership, executive program, or premium community business; familiarity with monetization strategies including pricing, sponsorship models, and packaging.
• Experience in leading and developing teams that consist of both full-time employees and external contractors, operating across content, community, product, and commercial functions.
• Excellent editorial and curatorial instincts—capable of setting agendas, identifying the right voices, and shaping discussions that senior leaders find genuinely valuable.
• High-level judgment regarding confidentiality, attribution, and the appropriate involvement of sponsors in executive contexts.
• Exceptional executive presence and written/verbal communication skills; able to represent RSAC credibly to CISOs, fraud executives, sponsors, media, and policymakers.
• Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate community needs into platform requirements.
