Vice President, Digital Experiences – Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Vice President of Digital Experiences and Innovation is tasked with transforming how users engage with our digital products and services, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and agentic technology.

• Challenge traditional perspectives by designing and implementing innovative, scalable product experiences that set new industry benchmarks and elevate user expectations.

• Lead the development of strategies and execution plans for integrating AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic technologies into our digital offerings to address significant consumer and business challenges.

• Build and manage high-performing, global product and engineering teams. Establish a clear vision, foster cross-functional collaboration, and nurture a culture of excellence, agility, and ongoing learning.

• Ensure that digital innovations provide measurable value across various user segments, clinical operations, and business sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in product management and technology leadership, with a history of navigating both agile startups and large, complex organizations.

• Demonstrated success in leading global, multi-product portfolios at significant scales, effectively managing a multi-million dollar portfolio.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in developing product strategies focused on AI, ML, LLMs, and emerging Agentic technologies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s in Computer Science or an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred or equivalent related experience.

• Extensive experience in managing and utilizing strategic external technology partners, joint ventures, and internal cross-functional teams to enhance time-to-market.
