This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Determine the competitive landscape for PerfectServe across various segments, customer demographics, and solution areas.
• Create distinct strategic choices and tradeoffs to steer investments and focus.
• Develop the company's market-winning strategies, including go-to-market tactics and growth priorities.
• Establish the ideal customer profile and segmentation approach.
• Maintain a strategic overview of the customer mix across segments, deal sizes, and lifecycle stages.
• Advise on areas to concentrate, expand, or deprioritize based on growth potential and performance metrics.
• Formulate strategies for key growth sectors, including non-acute care, ambulatory services, and ASCs.
• Identify and rank expansion opportunities within new markets and existing customer bases.
• Develop clear entry strategies and growth priorities for targeted segments.
• Offer a commercial viewpoint on the possible effects of strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate alignment with the ideal customer profile, segments, and growth priorities.
• Identify where partnerships can significantly foster growth and where they may not scale effectively.
• Provide insight into how partnerships enhance pipeline development, expansion, and revenue generation.
• Take charge of crafting commercial narratives for board and executive audiences.
• Integrate pipeline, performance, and market dynamics into concise, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to outline growth strategies, risks, and opportunities.
• Function as a strategic ally to the CRO, assisting with prioritization and decision-making processes.
• Deliver structured analyses to guide resource allocation and growth investments.
• Serve as a connector among Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Strategy teams.
• Define the go-to-market strategy across different segments, personas, and solution areas.
• Establish strategic commercial plays and coverage models.
• Direct the positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
• Provide commercial insights into product positioning, packaging, and roadmap priorities.
• Ensure that market and customer insights are incorporated into strategic recommendations.
• Work with RevOps and Finance on segmentation models, cohort analysis, and forecasting efforts.
• Utilize data to refine strategies and inform commercial priorities.
• Employ tools like Claude to enhance analysis and scenario modeling.
• Introduce AI-enabled methods to accelerate and improve decision-making quality.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market leadership, or management consulting.
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology or intricate enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated capability to operate at both executive strategy levels and field-adjacent roles.
• Strong background in supporting executive leadership and preparation for board meetings.
• Experience with segmentation, analytics, and commercial modeling.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude.
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
