• Take ownership of Omada’s comprehensive commercial operating system, which includes planning, pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, tooling, and governance to facilitate scalable growth across our B2B and B2B2C channels.
• Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing Commercial Operations team by establishing clear charters, success metrics, and operating rhythms that enhance the performance and engagement of the larger commercial team.
• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for Commercial Enablement and Effectiveness, collaborating closely with the Senior Director to set vision, priorities, and success metrics that boost field performance across segments.
• Integrate Revenue Operations, Commercial Effectiveness (enablement), and Enrollment Forecasting into a unified, high-performing organization with defined charters, success metrics, and operating rhythms.
• Provide a reliable, accurate, and predictable sales and enrollment forecast that is respected at all organizational levels and closely linked to financial planning, care teams, and supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement a cohesive AI strategy for Commercial Operations, leveraging AI to enhance pipeline insights, representative productivity, and go-to-market decision-making, while ensuring robust governance for data quality, model usage, and change management throughout the commercial organization.
• Represent Commercial Operations on the CXLT, effectively translating company strategy into actionable commercial plans, KPIs, and execution frameworks; proactively identify risks, trade-offs, and opportunities.
• Design and implement governance structures and cadences that support commercial performance, such as QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and go-to-market initiative evaluations, ensuring meetings lead to decisions, accountability, and insights.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial leadership on annual and long-term planning processes, including quota establishment, territory design, headcount planning, and investment cases for new markets and products.
• Oversee the design, administration, and governance of sales compensation plans in conjunction with People and Finance, ensuring alignment with company strategy and field productivity.
• Drive ongoing enhancement of our commercial technology stack (Salesforce, sales productivity tools, enablement platforms, forecasting systems), evaluating and implementing solutions that improve data quality, insights, and efficiency.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, measurement, and learning within Commercial Operations, utilizing data and customer insights to continuously refine processes, playbooks, and training.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in commercial, revenue, or sales operations, with a minimum of 5–7 years leading multidisciplinary operations teams in a high-growth B2B or B2B2C setting.
• Proven success in both scaled public companies and dynamic growth environments, preferably within healthcare, digital health, health tech, or similarly complex, regulated industries.
• Extensive knowledge in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and commercial performance management, including the development of forecasting and reporting frameworks trusted at the board and executive levels.
• A demonstrated history of leading Revenue Operations and/or Commercial Effectiveness functions, including management of sales compensation, sales methodologies, enablement programs, and go-to-market tools.
• Strong comprehension of cross-functional interdependencies among Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations in delivering a precise and accurate commercial forecast.
• High level of systems fluency: expert-level proficiency with Salesforce and sales productivity tools, with experience in integrating data from various systems to drive insights and decision-making.
• Experience in innovating with AI and data-driven technologies in commercial or revenue operations, including using AI to enhance forecasting, enablement, or sales productivity, while effectively managing change as these tools are implemented across the team.
• A strategic, enterprise-minded leader capable of translating long-term business strategies into multi-year plans, balancing both strategy and execution, and adeptly navigating the organization through uncertainty, market changes, and competing priorities.
