This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage a substantial Client Success team in the market, ensuring that KPIs are achieved with an emphasis on client retention and managing the pipeline for upsells.
• Serve as an Executive Sponsor to advance retention objectives and foster client engagement and advocacy.
• Represent the company during client meetings and events to enhance the company’s brand while building strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Demonstrate the ability to clearly convey Progyny’s value to professionals, executives, and strategic partners at both employer and channel partner levels; comprehend and communicate a data-driven financial model to support renewals, and refine our quarterly and annual reports to meet client expectations effectively.
• Assist in resolving member issues escalated to the Client Success Team, collaborating closely with other senior leaders to identify the underlying causes of escalations and the most effective resolutions.
• Implement enhancements to account management processes to ensure success as the organization grows and scales.
• Manage a staffing model and compensation strategy to appropriately scale the team.
• Identify opportunities for professional development and training to enhance the skills of direct reports.
• Travel 30–40% of the time to engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic and consultative selling within the healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance sectors.
• Experience leading, coaching, and supporting a team to achieve both individual and organizational objectives while cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex employer relationships with a focus on strategic retention and growth.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with and manage the expectations of internal executive teams, ensuring alignment and actionable results.
• Strong negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders.
• Expertise in presenting intricate information and insights in a manner that resonates with varied audiences.
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving abilities to facilitate data-driven decisions and maximize client ROI.
• Proven ability to set goals, develop action plans, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Thrives in high-pressure situations, adept at prioritizing competing demands, and excels within a rapidly growing organization.
• Resides near a major U.S. airport, with the capability to travel frequently for client engagements.
